“La Nuit des Étoiles” is an original concept featuring artistic performances installed in unusual locations – places usually closed to the public, but exceptionally open for the occasion. For each edition, the venues, artists, performances and themes are different.
The idea for this project was born of a collaboration between Essia Jaïbi, director and playwright, and Selim Ben Safia, choreographer and initiator of the “Hors Lits Tunis” concept, both of whom are accustomed to proposing alternative forms in unusual locations.
The 1st edition took place in the 15-hectare park of the Hammamet International Cultural Center in 2016, and the 2nd at the Palais Khaznadar in the Medina of Tunis in 2017,
